sleepy time

Hi you all
today I will be talking about sleeping and the different types of sleep.

1. Deep sleep
This is the type of sleep most people have the most often. This is the type of sleep when we have those dreams that seem like they take hours, But when we wake up it only seems like ten minutes. this is the most common type of sleep but not the best feeling

2. Light sleep
this type of sleep is the type we get when were excited or nervous. In these cases when you finally fall asleep you aren't getting a good sleep and you will still be tired the next day. No one likes this type of sleep. You can also feel how long you sleep. Which is very uncomfortable, saying you're um... uncomfortable.

3. Medium sleep
this type of sleep is the best! you feel like the deep sleep, ya know the feeling. and you can feel the sleeping like the light sleep. this one is the best!
